I have just moved from where I used to work, supporting Customers with internet problems to a position where I watch the network actually work. the DS3, OC48 and more that simply blast data from one side of the nation to the other, and I get to help make sure it keeps working.I'll try to write some more about the Network Operations Center level of Internet support... it should be interesting.
